Bob Howard added that the Local Board would be “bold, fair, transparent and would work in the best interests of the whole of Rodney.” Mr Howard, who has around 30 years experience in real estate, has worked for a number of real estate brands and also run his own independent real estate company. The board will hold meetings in the former Rodney District Council building in Orewa, which is still one of the most centrally-located buildings for the board even though it is no longer in Rodney. The first meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 8, at 6pm.
