Is the KGB now training phone company representatives? Mahurangi Matters recently made what we thought was a relatively simple request – we wanted a phone re-direction to be removed from one of the work phones. We were told that to do this, we needed answer to the following security questions: 1. What is your full legal name? 2. What was the content of the last notification text you received from us? 3. What was the amount that you paid on your account and what method of payment did you use? 4. What packs have you added in the last month and what is the price?
