Northern Arena is a world class learn to swim and fitness facility with a combination of swimming pools, gym, group fitness classes, physiotherapy and expert staff located on the North Shore of Auckland, just 25 minutes drive from the Auckland Harbour Bridge.
No matter what your age or ability, learn to swim lessons are available for 3 month old babies through to adult improver; delivered with a standard of excellence unmatched in New Zealand. All swimming lessons teach strength, ability, confidence and technique by highly trained and accomplished swimming instructors in purpose built swimming pools which are specifically designed to enhance enjoyment, confidence, development and safety in and around water.
Classes are kept small in size to enable more swimming time and individual tuition and are set by ability rather than by age, so that students constantly challenge, develop and progress. Learning how to swim and survive is a key life skill in which you should invest for yourself and your family.

Take part in a fun, effective and exciting group fitness class including Les Mills Group Fitness, Yoga and Aqua Aerobics.
