Red Beach Surf Lifesaving Club, Red Beach, 10am-1pm.

Hosted by Hibiscus Coast Harriers & Triathlon Club.  Non-wetsuit swim, at least five strokes! A collection will be taken for Hospice.

Warm meal at the club to follow.
