If you’ve lost your keys, Ōrewa Police may have them. Property officer Anne Watson says the number of keys handed in has been mounting up over summer – currently they have around 40 sets.
She says it is difficult for Police to track down the owners of keys, as they don’t come with ID.
If anyone recognises their keys from the picture above, or has lost their keys in the area, visit the station, in Riverside Road, between 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday. Bring ID. Eventually unclaimed keys are disposed of.
