Auckland Transport is currently costing a number of works for the Hibiscus Coast.
They include installing a shared path and a footpath on Laurie Southwick Parade in Gulf Harbour, from the roundabout to the ferry terminal (excluding the Hammerhead) and building a footpath from Hatfields Beach to Orewa.
In addition, detailed design work on a signalised crossing at 214 Hibiscus Coast Highway, for use by pedestrians and cyclists, is currently underway.
