Classic car fans should head for Satellite Station Road, just south of Warkworth, on Saturday, February 23, when the Wellsford Warkworth Vintage Car Club will be holding its annual Swap Meet.
There will be a display of vintage cars, trucks and hot rods, together with a wide variety of stalls selling old and new car parts, motoring, books, collectables, bric-a-brac and refreshments.
The event attracts people from as far afield as Hamilton and Tauranga. Stalls cost $10 and sites are allocated on the day on a first come, first served basis. Gates open at 7am and entry costs $5 per person, with children aged 12 and under free.
