Highfield Garden Reserve will celebrate the festive season early with a Christmas with Donkeys event on December 1, from 11am to 3pm.

The programme will include old-fashioned games, donkey rides and a free barbeque.

Santa will also be there on the day and local librarians will be reading Christmas stories.
