Grey Power has voiced its dismay over more bank closures.
President Jan Pentecost says many seniors are being left without essential services because of cost cutting and modern technology.
She says it is expected that banking transactions can occur via the internet or telephone, but this can be challenging for seniors.
This results in them becoming dependent on others, potentially leading to elder abuse.
