The iconic Smashed Pipi Bar and Café in Mangawhai is on the market again, but this time with a new tenant, Dune bar and cafe.
The 1.7 hectare freehold property was first offered for sale in December 2015.
However, despite a few offers, Colliers International agent Euan Stratton says no deal was closed and the property was withdrawn from the market in January last year.
The owners, who own a number of buildings in Mangawhai Village, refurbished the building and took on new tenants Dune.
“With Mangawhai being a bit of a hot spot there has been a lot of interest in the relisted property,” Euan says.
The sale is by negotiation.
