Matakana School will spend a $2000 donation

Matakana School will spend a $2000 donation from the Harcourts Foundation on buying 20 wiggle chairs.

A wiggle chair is a tool that can help children, particularly those with autism or other learning disorders, to stay seated for longer periods of time, particularly during school hours.

Pictured at the presentation with students from the school are, from left, Harcourt representatives Janine Binstead, Jodine Mildon, Michelle Cooper, principal Darrel Goosen, Amy Wagstaff, Kevin Mills and Shane Prasad.
