Plans have been released for the first small retail centre that will be built in Milldale.
Described as “Auckland’s fastest growing residential development”, Milldale is expected to have around three of these neighbourhood centres, although the final number is not yet confirmed.
There will also be a much bigger town centre, which is still some way off, according to a spokesperson for Milldale developer Fulton Hogan.
The retail and office complex is being developed by Broadway Property Group. It is due for completion at the end of next year. Currently Alex Perigo of Bayleys Silverdale Commercial and Scott Kennedy from Broadway Property Group are seeking interest from businesses and a number of the units are already leased.
