Matakana Cinemas was full of tennis outfits from earlier eras last month as part of a fundraising event for the Matakana Tennis Club. A talk by Adam Gard’ner, an employee at Tennis New Zealand and one of two people behind a campaign that saw the public buy Awaroa Beach, near Nelson, headlined the evening.
