The Warkworth Museum, beside Parry Kauri Park, is keen to recruit volunteers to help with reception duties.
Manager Victoria Joule says the role involves providing a positive experience to museum visitors.
“They answer questions, process admission fees and shops sales, keep the reception and shop areas tidy, and complete any associated administration duties,” she says.
The two-and-a-half hour shifts are rostered to suit volunteers availability.
