Wellsford sport development takes shape

At last – an artist’s impression of what is being planned for the new look Centennial Park sports hub in Wellsford.

After more than 15 years of fighting and frustration, Wellsford sports clubs are finally within reach of getting long-awaited new courts and facilities at Centennial Park.
Plans have been drawn up for at least six new courts, two of them covered, plus a new indoor sport area, upgraded changing and social areas and parking.
