The annual Mangawhai Flower Show will be held in the Mangawhai Library Hall on Wednesday November 19, with doors opening to the public at 1pm.
The event will feature the best locally grown blooms, buds and vegetables in various displays, from flowers in saucers and specimen blooms to corsages and the biggest bunch of carrots.
Entries are open on the day, with vases and saucers available at the hall.
Organisers thanked sponsors Faraway Gardens and New Plymouth’s Egmont Seeds Co, who have donated prizes, ranging from seeds and vouchers to bespoke garden furniture.
Refreshment carts and garden stalls will also be outside the show.
Everyone welcome. The show runs from 1pm-3pm.
