Introducing – Manomay Renovations

A Northland renovation business has evolved rapidly to meet growing demand for simple, all-in-one home improvement solutions, transforming from a specialist kitchen service into a full interior renovation provider.

Manomay Renovations began its journey in January 2023 as Manomay Kitchen, focusing solely on kitchen remodelling, repairs and maintenance. Working on both new builds and homeowner projects, the business quickly identified a recurring theme from clients – once the kitchen was underway, many wanted help with the rest of their home’s interior.

Listening closely to customer needs, the owner expanded the scope of services and developed the concept of a true “one-stop shop” for interior house renovations. This meant homeowners no longer needed to juggle multiple contractors for kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, tiling, painting and general maintenance.

Rebranded last year as Manomay Renovations, under the tagline “Innovation with Renovation”, the company now offers a comprehensive range of services including kitchen and bathroom renovations, vinyl and carpet installation, tiling, decking up to 1.5 metres, interior painting, and repair and maintenance work. The focus is on hassle-free project delivery, budget-friendly packages and flexible options that allow customers to renovate part or all of their home.

The Manomay team is made up of skilled tradespeople with more than 10 years’ experience across multiple disciplines, supported by the use of modern, hi-tech machinery and smart technologies that help speed up delivery times. Workmanship warranties are provided in line with products used.

A key part of the service is personalised guidance. Each project begins with a site visit, where customer ideas, layout and budget are discussed. The team then advises on layout changes or ways to work with existing spaces to achieve the best outcome within budget.
