Central retail set for expansion

Property developer Glen Inger is wasting no time in pushing ahead with a new retail and commercial precinct at Mangawhai Central. Inger has confirmed that he has secured two major tenants – The Warehouse and Noel Leeming – for a new development, which will be built on the 2.2 hectares he purchased last year. The Warehouse will be roughly 4000sqm and Noel Leeming 750sqm. The land is located between the two roundabouts on Molesworth Drive, adjoining New World.
