Congratulations to Selena Fox and Brent Simpson who are this week’s recipients of a gift box from Chocolate Brown. The couple were nominated by a member of the Vineyard Church who wrote:
“Selena and Brent have been instrumental in setting up an incredibly supportive recovery community in Warkworth, based around the regular Tuesday evening Narcotics Anonymous meeting at Vineyard Church. Over the last two years, they have built this into a whole evening of community gathering, friendship and a hearty homemade meal. They keep showing up, believing in people, and celebrating all the small successes, with so much love. Selena is someone that many of our community members call a second mum, and there is nothing Brent wouldn’t do to help. They are quiet and humble and would never put themselves forward for any kind of acknowledgement, but there are so many community members that would love to say thank you to them.
