Stanmore Bay mum Misty Frampton is the creative force behind Dinky Kids Party Hire, a locally run business dedicated to bringing affordable, fun-filled parties to the Hibiscus Coast.
After spotting the business for sale late last year, Misty saw an opportunity to blend work with her passion for creativity and to stay close to her two daughters, Ava-Rose and Madison, who she lovingly calls her “two best party critics”.
Since taking over at the start of 2025, Misty has added her own flair to Dinky Kids, which specialises in themed birthday setups, soft play equipment, bouncy castles, ball pits, balloons and more. Whether it’s a unicorn wonderland, jungle safari or superhero spectacular, she works closely with families to create stress-free celebrations that children love.
“My goal is simple – I just want every kid to have a good party,” Misty says.
With a focus on flexibility and affordability, she’s made it easy for local families to plan birthdays close to home, without the pressure or price tag of a big event. Dinky Kids offers full party packages or individual hire items, and Misty is always happy to help with creative ideas and custom themes.
Now based in the Hibiscus Coast after moving from West Auckland, Misty says the community support has been fantastic. She’s looking forward to helping more Coast families create magical memories and continuing to grow both the business and her creative talents.
