An experienced local independent valuer is offering the best of both worlds since establishing a Warkworth branch of international consultancy Preston Rowe Paterson (PRP).
Director and registered valuer Aarron Sattler, who lives at Kaipara Flats, together with senior valuer Matt Buchanan, of Scotts Landing, already have extensive local knowledge of Rodney and South Kaipara after years of working here together as part of Northland Valuers. Now that experience is being boosted by their joining forces with one of the biggest valuers in Australia.
“PRP has 35 offices in Australia and five in NZ, so we have a locally owned franchise with significant corporate support,” he says.
“The tech platform is great, they have innovative award-winning software with integrated AI functionality, making the valuation process much more efficient and providing clients with advanced data security. There aren’t many firms in NZ that would have access to that.”
Sattler says the new system efficiencies free the Warkworth team up to get on with what they do best – providing clients from major banks and developers to family trusts and homeowners with a full range of valuation services throughout the region.
“Between us, we cover most sectors of the market, servicing the wider Rodney area north to Mangawhai. We both do residential and lifestyle, Matt is a specialist rural valuer and I also cover commercial and industrial,” he says.
“We’ve also got our office in the city, giving us even broader regional coverage and making it easier to connect with clients from across the wider Auckland area.”
Sattler is also making sure PRP Warkworth supports the local sporting community by sponsoring Kaipara Flats Cricket Club.
