Ray White Ōrewa has officially opened its doors in the heart of Ōrewa, bringing the same trusted team closer to the beach while offering clients a valuable service – an in-house auction room.
Business owner Glenn Carpenter, who has worked in real estate since 1996 and been part of Ray White since 2008, says the move from Silverdale to Ōrewa was a natural step. “When the opportunity came to take over the Ōrewa office, we jumped at it, after all, who wouldn’t want to be by the beach?” he says.
The Silverdale office will continue with a new team, while the new Ōrewa office includes an inhouse auction room, able to seat 40 to 50 people, creating a professional, weather-proof setting for property sales. Glenn says their experience at the North Shore office demonstrated the advantage of in-house auctions.
“They work incredibly well and deliver strong results for our clients.”
The Ray White Ōrewa team has 12 experienced agents, all Coast locals, backed by general manager Craig Catley, who will continue to provide the full range of services, from sales and appraisals to marketing advice. Glenn, who acts as Head Coach, focuses on training and supporting agents to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
While the office has a new name, the culture remains unchanged, Glenn says. “We are known for looking after our clients; Customer care is important to us, and we work extremely hard to do it better.”
