The pandemic has caused many upheavals, including what some are calling “the great resignation”.

Lockdowns have encouraged many people to think about refocusing their working lives – moving in a new direction, or starting something new of their own, from scratch.

As someone who has reinvented herself several times along the way, Karen Stent is particularly well equipped to help people navigate these strange new waters successfully.

Karen’s career includes cabaret singing, starting a successful luxury transport and tourism business with her late husband Dave (with many famous clientele), her own recruitment business, HR and leadership consulting, and selling real estate.

She is an experienced business (and life) coach, mentor and trainer.

Underlying all these roles is a passion for people, and for small businesses and startups – which came together beautifully when Karen and business partner, communication coach Michele Nash (based in Australia), started SuccessMasters International.

The company has been going since 2020, initially working with skilled migrants, but became a local enterprise when Karen moved to Stanmore Bay last December.

SuccessMasters International’s mission is to help individuals and companies to build their personal brand, reinvent their careers or reinvigorate their work culture.
