Vector fault

A power outage in central Warkworth last Wednesday afternoon was caused by a fault on Vector equipment, which was still being investigated late last week.

The faulty equipment was isolated and power re-routed so customers were back on within about an hour. Vector says it is now planning permanent repair work.
