The store has created roles for 149 staff.
The first customer through the checkouts was Tanja Dove, of Warkworth, pictured with checkout operator Susan Crane.
A $46 million Pak’n Save supermarket, on Hudson Road in Warkworth, opened this morning.
The 5300 square metre store is owned by Anna Carmichael, who formerly owned the New World supermarket in Warkworth.
