Warkworth Lions and the volunteers from Mahu Vollies will be re-running Covid-19 Lockdown Assisted Shopping at Warkworth New World tomorrow (August 31) from 9am to noon. If you are older, immune-compromised, or juggling little ones, come down to New World and see a Lions volunteer at the front of the supermarket wearing a high-viz vest and PPE. Bring a short, clear shopping list which they can take and do your shopping, while you wait safely in your car. Once your groceries are collected, you’ll be asked to pay at the cafe counter inside the supermarket foyer before taking your items. Wear a mask when talking to volunteers.
