Local supermarkets join contact tracing list

Two Whangaparaoa supermarkets were today added to the Government’s contact tracing locations of interest.

Anyone who was at New World, Whangaparaoa on Friday, October 22 from 12.30pm-1pm or Countdown Whangaparaoa (in Coast Plaza), also on Friday, October 22 from 12.45pm-1.15pm should monitor themselves for Covid-19 symptoms for 14 days after you were exposed there. If symptoms develop, you are advised to get a test and stay at home until you get a negative test result, and until 24 hours after symptoms resolve.
