Warkworth & District Museum has been forced to add an extra date to its Tea & Talk series on the old Wilson cement works.

The museum is staging an exhibition on the historic landmark and popular swimming spot, and originally organised two special Tea & Talks by Brenda Yoxall to coincide with the display.

However, both those quickly sold out, so another date has been added on Friday, December 1 at 10am.

Entry costs $5 for the talk and morning tea and $7 for entrance to the museum and exhibition.

However, advance bookings are essential – anyone wanting to attend must register by emailing warkworthmuseum@xtra.co.nz
