The Paparoa A&P Show welcomed the sun and around 2700 visitors on Saturday, February 7. Organisers say it was a hugely successful event, which bodes well for next year when the show will turn 150. Medieval jousting was introduced this year, alongside the traditional equestrian, woodchopping and gumboot throwing events. The show also featured giant pumpkins, indoor competitions and a wide range of other produce and crafts, plus free rides and games for the little ones.
