School holiday masterpieces to be made

There is a wide range of options at Estuary Arts Centre’s school holiday programme that could make this your children’s most creative school holidays yet.

The programme runs from April 17–28 and includes making a tiny town out of clay and paint with local artist Sue Law.

Sue is also taking a session for children aged eight years and over on making an old-style treasure map game which includes a nature hunt to find items to use as felted ‘treasure keepers’.

Another local artist, Jo Bain, will be making dream catchers with children aged 5–13 years.

And there is a chance to make some mosaic pieces with Corrine Henderson, using items such as ceramic tiles, beads and buttons.
