Sound journey with Sika

Anyone wanting to really immerse themselves in live music should consider attending a performance at Warkworth Town Hall this month.

South Island multi-instrumentalist Sika is inviting people to join him on a “sound experience journey” featuring didgeridoos, drums, flutes, voice and orchestral elements, as well as sounds of water, stone, fire, trees, animals and wind.

Attendees are encouraged to bring something comfortable to sit or lie down on and relax into a deep, meditative state as he plays.

The performance takes place on Wednesday, February 28 at 7.30pm.
