The Rodney Local Board has approved a new grazing licence for Stephen and Vanessa Corry over 8.3 hectares of reserve land at 1580 State Highway 1, Wellsford.
Granted under the Reserves Act 1977, the five-year licence commenced on June 1, 2026, with an annual rent of $1530 plus GST and a 12-month termination clause.
Public notification and iwi engagement were undertaken in March, with no objections received.
