Mangawhai Central, the extensive property development in the heart of Mangawhai, awaits a new owner.
Expressions of interest in the 116 hectare greenfield site, off Molesworth Drive, closed on November 16.Several days later, Colliers director Blair Peterken said discussions were underway with interested parties but he could not say more.
