New natural hazard rules introduced 

While the impact of intensification rules from Auckland’s Plan Change 120 grabbed plenty media attention last month, less discussed was the unfolding impacts of PC120 on property owners in areas identified as being at risk from natural hazards such as flooding, coastal erosion and coastal inundation.
