Construction of the O Mahurangi Penlink road and bridge, which began in January, is on target, with work in Whangaparaoa, mostly within Cedar Reserve (opposite New World Whangaparaoa) ramping up next month. It includes building a stormwater culvert under Whangaparāoa Road, but no road closure will be needed.
