The theme of this year’s National Gardening Week, which runs from October 18 to 25, is Grow to Give. Everyone is encouraged to grow-an-extra-row to share with neighbours, community pantries and food banks. Win a Yates Veggie Hamper (RRP $300)
A seed hamper containing new veggies varieties such as karela bitter melon, zucchetta and luffa fruits, as well as perennial favourites such as edible flower mix, herbs, broad beans, sugar snap peas, dwarf beans, silverbeet and classic Asian vegetables. The hamper also includes fertiliser, plant food and pest control products along with Yates’ new book, Top 50 Edible Plants for Pots.
