Warkworth Volunteer Fire Brigade received a $200 donation from Gymspot following its ‘Hunger Games’ challenge last month.
Twenty-two gym members starved and sweated for 12 weeks to hit their fitness goals. The biggest loser was Jono Tucker whose effort to get down to 12 per cent body fat was rewarded with a skydive. Gymspot owner Tracey Frost donated $200 from registration fees.
“In small towns like ours, it’s really important to support each other when we can. This was the perfect opportunity for us to do that.” Tracey says.
