Members of the Warkworth and Matakana Fire Brigades are taking on the Firefighter Sky Tower Challenge on May 23, in support of Blood Cancer NZ.
The teams will be climbing 51 floors in full firefighting gear to help raise vital funds.
To support the cause, a special fundraising screening of the new science fiction movie Project Hail Mary, starring Ryan Gosling, will be screened at Matakana Cinema on Friday March 20, at 7.30pm.
