Rural Women NZ is hosting a Spring Fling event at the Arapohue Hall in Dargaville on September 17, starting at 9.30am.
The day will focus on food and exercise.
There will be a number of talks covering topics such as health and wellbeing, e-bikes and nutrition.
Cover charge is $15, which includes lunch, and morning and afternoon tea.
