“Without any prompting, Glenn and John brought over their outdoor seating and large umbrella on Christmas Day as we were hosting a large group of family and friends. They helped set everything up, then returned on Boxing Day to pick it up despite having their own family commitments. They look after everyone in the neighbourhood –watching homes when people are away, managing bins and tending gardens – without asking for anything in return. John is our go-to handyman, always ready to lend a hand. They are just amazing people.”
