Congratulations to Matakana School’s Lisa Davey, who is this week’s recipient of a gift basket from Chocolate Brown. Lisa was nominated by the mum of one of her students, Amy Atkins, who wrote…

“Lisa always goes the extra mile with helping our son, who has special needs at school. She adapts his school work and makes sure he always has a fun day. If there is something he can’t do she makes sure he has something fun to do instead. She comforts him if he’s unsettled and makes sure he has his medication when needed. If he’s unwell and not at school she always checks up on him. We are so lucky to have her as his teacher aide.”
