“A few years ago, Nic started a weekly exercise group for people 65+. It was held in the Warkworth Town Hall until Covid struck but as soon as we were able to get together again, Nic transferred the class to her gym across the road. Every week, we meet for an hour and Nic employs an excellent trainer to lead us through the exercises. Nic is always supportive and encouraging (a lot of us have limitations) and nothing is too much trouble. The classes are great fun and we have a lot of laughs together. All this is provided to members for free by Nic! The benefits to those participating are enormous – not only are we able to socialise with like-minded people, but above all, we are enjoying exercise that we would not otherwise be doing. All us oldies are so grateful to Nic and really appreciate her contribution to our wellbeing.”
