Cooking challenge getting creative with leftovers

The last time the Great Big Rescued Food Cook-off was held on the Hibiscus Coast was in 2019 and co-organiser Pip Beagley of Love Food Hate Waste says more than 50 people took part. “It was great fun,” she says.
