Motorists using Woodcocks Road in Warkworth are complaining that the irregular speed restrictions on the road are causing confusion.
The road is 50kph when it starts at State Highway 1 and then increases to 60kph just before Falls Road.
It then jumps to 100kph just after Old Kaipara Road.
