Strategy direction worries developer

One of the area’s largest proposed developments to the south of Warkworth may be a litmus test for the new strategy. Classic Group has partnered with the New Zealand Super Fund to form the KA Waimanawa Limited Partnership to develop the land on the western side of SH1, around Valerie Close.
