Town hall decked out for Christmas market

There was no mistaking the season at the Warkworth Town Hall on December 1 when the annual Christmas Market was held.

The hall was packed with an array of local arts and craft, from mosaics to jewellery, pottery and knitted trinkets.

The Christmas cakes were selling like hot cakes and Santa was doing a roaring trade taking gift orders on stage.

The magical moment when you finally get to talk to Santa face-to-face was a little scary for Tadhj Sullivan, 5, of Warkworth.
Cooper Brebner, 4, of Leigh, was one of the first to rush on stage to meet Santa.
