The refuse and recycling centres at Snells Beach and Wellsford will be open as usual to deal with festive rubbish over the holidays, with the exception of statutory public holidays.

So, Lawrie Road will be open from Thursday to Saturday from 8.30am to 4pm, and 9.30am to 4pm on Sundays, apart from Thursday, December 26 and Thursday, January 2.

Rustybrook Road will be open from 10am to 2pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays, apart from Wednesday, December 25 and January 1.

Both sites will take Christmas trees for disposal for $7.50 per tree.
