A small group of Naval ships went on manoeuvres in Gulf Harbour on January 22, yet caused barely a ripple in Regency Lake.
Half a dozen ships, all scale models of Naval vessels, were sailed by enthusiasts including members of a group called Task Force 48.
The models included battleships, a light cruiser and an aircraft carrier, all meticulously made to scale and operated with radio controls.
Several of the ships were made by Gulf Harbour model maker Graham Beeson, which is why the group chose to meet up and sail on Regency Lake.
