Hibiscus Coast RSA has entered into an agreement to sell its 5267sqm piece of land at 20 Melia Place to a developer.
The site is zoned Residential and is adjacent to the RSA – it was often used for car parking during the annual Anzac Parade service.
The RSA sold the land to help fund the building of new clubrooms, as well as to support its ongoing operations.
