Congratulations to Terrence Banks, of Warkworth, who is a recipient of a gift basket from Chocolate Brown. He was nominated by Karen Freer, who wrote:
“I was in town in sunny Warkworth when the skies suddenly clouded over and torrential rain arrived. I was caught out without an umbrella and patiently waiting outside the stores, hoping the rain would ease up so I could make a couple of afternoon appointments. I considered making a mad dash for it. While occupied with mind chatter, I felt a tap on my shoulder. A man held out an umbrella and wished me a Merry Christmas. I couldn’t believe it. I was absolutely delighted. It really made my day. It’s times like this when a person feels grateful to be living in a paradise like Warkworth where there are some kind and thoughtful people. Thanks, Terence.”
